Complete Checklist Items

Work through an audit checklist by checking off items, adding notes, and attaching evidence. The progress bar updates automatically as you go.

Steps

  1. Go to AuditChecklists in the sidebar.
  2. Click on the checklist you want to work on.
  3. For each item:
    • Check the box to mark it as complete.
    • Add Notes to document findings, observations, or explanations.
    • Attach Evidence (files or references) to support the item.
  4. Watch the Progress Bar update as items are completed.
  5. When all items are checked off, the checklist status changes to Complete.

Tips

  • You do not need to complete items in order — work through them as evidence becomes available.
  • Add detailed notes while the work is fresh; they become part of the audit trail.
  • Attached evidence is stored with the checklist for future reference and review.
  • A checklist is only marked complete when every item has been checked off.
