PBC Document Requests

Send Provided By Client (PBC) document requests and track their completion.

Steps

  1. Click Clients in the sidebar
  2. Click PBC

Tabs

  • Status — View completion progress for all outstanding PBC requests. Each request shows the document name, client, due date, and whether the client has uploaded it.
  • Requests — Send new document requests to clients. Click New request, select the Client, add the required Document types, set a Due date, and click Send. The client receives an email notification with a link to upload.
  • Templates — Create reusable PBC templates for common engagement types (e.g., VAT audit, annual audit). Click Add template, name it, add the document types, and save. Apply a template when sending a new request to auto-fill the document list.
