Set Up Automated Reports

Schedule reports to generate and deliver automatically on a recurring basis.

Overview

Go to Reports > Automated. The page has three tabs:

  • Templates -- report configurations you can reuse
  • Scheduled -- active schedules with their frequency
  • History -- previously generated automated reports

Creating a Report Template

  1. Open the Templates tab.
  2. Click New Template.
  3. Select the report type and configure filters.
  4. Click Save.

Scheduling a Report

  1. Open the Scheduled tab.
  2. Click New Schedule.
  3. Select a report template.
  4. Set the frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
  5. Add recipient email addresses.
  6. Click Save.

The report will auto-generate on schedule and be delivered to the specified recipients.

Viewing History

  1. Open the History tab.
  2. Browse past automated reports by date and type.
  3. Click any entry to view or re-download the report.
