Set Up Automated Reports
Schedule reports to generate and deliver automatically on a recurring basis.
Overview
Go to Reports > Automated. The page has three tabs:
- Templates -- report configurations you can reuse
- Scheduled -- active schedules with their frequency
- History -- previously generated automated reports
Creating a Report Template
- Open the Templates tab.
- Click New Template.
- Select the report type and configure filters.
- Click Save.
Scheduling a Report
- Open the Scheduled tab.
- Click New Schedule.
- Select a report template.
- Set the frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
- Add recipient email addresses.
- Click Save.
The report will auto-generate on schedule and be delivered to the specified recipients.
Viewing History
- Open the History tab.
- Browse past automated reports by date and type.
- Click any entry to view or re-download the report.
