Generate Financial Reports

Generate standard financial statements to understand your business's financial position, performance, and cash movements. Reports are generated from your journal entry data.

Steps

1. Go to Financial → Reports in the sidebar.
2. Select your Business and Period.
3. Choose a report tab:
   • Balance Sheet — shows assets, liabilities, and equity at a point in time.
   • Income Statement — shows revenue and expenses over the period, resulting in net profit or loss.
   • Cash Flow — shows cash movements across operating, investing, and financing activities.
4. Review the generated report on screen.
5. Use Print or Export to save a copy.

Tips

• Reports pull data directly from your posted journal entries for the selected period.
• Ensure all transactions are entered and the trial balance is correct before generating reports.
• The Balance Sheet should always balance — total assets must equal total liabilities plus equity.
