FTA Export

Export your financial data as a FAF (FTA Audit File) for submission to the UAE Federal Tax Authority. This file contains all transactions and tax records for the selected period in the required format.

Steps

1. Go to Financial → FTA Export in the sidebar.
2. Select your Business from the dropdown.
3. Select the Period to export.
4. Click Preview to review the data that will be included.
5. Click Download to generate and save the FAF file.
6. Submit the downloaded file through the FTA portal.

Tips

• Review the preview carefully before downloading to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
• Make sure the selected period is closed or finalized before exporting.
• The FAF file format is mandated by FTA — no manual formatting is needed.
• Keep a copy of each exported file for your records.
