Sales Pipeline
Manage your sales process from initial lead to converted client, all in one pipeline view.
Adding a Lead
- Go to Operations > Sales.
- Click New Lead.
- Enter the lead's name, contact info, and source.
- Click Save.
Tracking the Pipeline
- Open the Sales page to see your pipeline stages (e.g., New, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal, Won, Lost).
- Drag leads between stages as they progress.
- Click a lead to view details, add notes, or log activities.
Creating a Proposal
- Click a lead in the pipeline.
- Click Create Proposal.
- Add line items, pricing, and terms.
- Click Save or Send to share with the prospect.
Converting to a Client
- When a deal is won, click Convert to Client on the lead.
- Confirm the client details.
- The lead moves to your client list and is removed from the pipeline.
