Sales Pipeline

Manage your sales process from initial lead to converted client, all in one pipeline view.

Adding a Lead

  1. Go to Operations > Sales.
  2. Click New Lead.
  3. Enter the lead's name, contact info, and source.
  4. Click Save.

Tracking the Pipeline

  1. Open the Sales page to see your pipeline stages (e.g., New, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal, Won, Lost).
  2. Drag leads between stages as they progress.
  3. Click a lead to view details, add notes, or log activities.

Creating a Proposal

  1. Click a lead in the pipeline.
  2. Click Create Proposal.
  3. Add line items, pricing, and terms.
  4. Click Save or Send to share with the prospect.

Converting to a Client

  1. When a deal is won, click Convert to Client on the lead.
  2. Confirm the client details.
  3. The lead moves to your client list and is removed from the pipeline.
