Audit Reports
Generate and manage formal audit deliverables including reports, working papers, and engagement letters. All documents are organized by type for easy access.
Steps
- Go to Audit → Reports in the sidebar.
- Select the appropriate tab:
- Reports — formal audit opinions and findings reports.
- Working Papers — supporting documentation and analysis prepared during the audit.
- Engagement Letters — letters defining the scope, responsibilities, and fees for the engagement.
- To generate a new document, click Generate and fill in the required fields.
- To download an existing document, click Download on the document row.
- Review and finalize documents before sharing with clients.
Tips
- Working papers should be completed and reviewed before drafting the final report.
- Engagement letters should be signed by both parties before audit work begins.
- Keep all versions of reports for audit trail purposes.
- Use consistent naming conventions for easy retrieval.
