Audit Reports

Generate and manage formal audit deliverables including reports, working papers, and engagement letters. All documents are organized by type for easy access.

Steps

  1. Go to AuditReports in the sidebar.
  2. Select the appropriate tab:
    • Reports — formal audit opinions and findings reports.
    • Working Papers — supporting documentation and analysis prepared during the audit.
    • Engagement Letters — letters defining the scope, responsibilities, and fees for the engagement.
  3. To generate a new document, click Generate and fill in the required fields.
  4. To download an existing document, click Download on the document row.
  5. Review and finalize documents before sharing with clients.

Tips

  • Working papers should be completed and reviewed before drafting the final report.
  • Engagement letters should be signed by both parties before audit work begins.
  • Keep all versions of reports for audit trail purposes.
  • Use consistent naming conventions for easy retrieval.
